Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are of high importance to me. I realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, I respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellation policy:
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount will be equal to the booked services.
Should you arrive late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will provide the service. If I cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. I will try my best to accommodate a time that aligns with both of our schedules.
A credit card is required to make an appointments. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.
In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will be charged, but part or full amount of it may be deducted from your future appointment cost.
I realize that emergency occur. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I simply request that you inform me at least 24 hours in advance. If booking was made for the same day, I require at least 3 hours notice.
